🔄 Return and Warranty Policy
At BINGO PRO INC, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items include a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects or functional issues not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
To request a return or warranty claim, the product must be returned in its original double-box packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and items received in the initial shipment. This condition is essential for evaluating the product’s condition and ensuring proper handling during the return process.
Returns that do not meet this requirement may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product’s value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed warranty-covered defect. In such cases, BINGO PRO INC will cover the shipping costs.
Products with visible physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered by the warranty.
All claims must be submitted within the warranty period, and must include proof of purchase and, in some cases, photos or documentation of the issue.
